Osaka Says Merry Christmas

Text on the meme

Merry Christmas! What are you doing, Miss Osaka? Oh, it's almost Christmas, isn't it?

What it means

In an anime classroom, Osaka raises her hand and repeatedly says “Merry Christmas!” while Chiyo asks what she is doing. The joke comes from Osaka’s cheerful but oddly timed Christmas greeting, followed by the realization that Christmas is only approaching; upbeat music reinforces the silly, festive reaction.
