Mental Asylum Koishi Fumo
Today is: I like to be called My goal to Please someones literally in a mental asylum with a koishi fumo
A split image shows a small Koishi plush sitting on a hospital bed and the same plush being held in front of a partially completed worksheet. The joke is that someone in a mental asylum apparently has a Koishi Fumo as their companion, treating the plush as an absurdly comforting or surreal presence.
