AI Restores Grandpa

Text on the meme

Thanks to AI, I was able to restore this picture of my grandpa.

What it means

A blurry vintage portrait of a man in a uniform is shown beside an absurdly polished, muscular anime-style military portrait. The joke is that AI image restoration has transformed an ordinary old photograph into an unrealistic handsome character, exaggerating the promise of AI enhancement. People send this as a reaction to bizarre or overprocessed AI restorations.
