What is going on 😭💀 PORTAL CARDS 3 € I love you. I'm sorry pardon me please. Thank you.

A street performer sits under a turquoise umbrella beside a bizarre portable organ decorated with stuffed birds, feathers, flowers, wind chimes, and a surreal painted face. As the camera slowly reveals the chaotic bird-covered instrument and its strange poetry, the overlay asks, “What is going on,” turning the uncanny street performance into an absurd reaction meme. The organ music and clattering street sounds make the scene feel even more surreal and overwhelming.
