Fish Guy Pretty Princess

Text on the meme

fish guy here again, i took your advice and now he is a pretty princess

What it means

A yellow fish is decorated with feathers, a tiara, and other accessories to look like a pretty princess. The joke is that someone followed advice to transform the “fish guy” into an absurdly glamorous character, making this a playful update reaction to a previous conversation.
