Arrested for Muscular Build

Text on the meme

When you get arrested and the cops describe you as “man with muscular build”

What it means

Shrek slowly looks up with a suspicious, uncomfortable expression after hearing that the police described the suspect as a man with a muscular build. The joke is that his large, muscular ogre physique makes the vague description fit him perfectly, so this clip works as an awkward reaction to being unexpectedly identified.
