Dog Needs a Pool

What it means

A speckled dog is awkwardly squeezed into a tiny metal bucket while several comments suggest getting him a pool. The punchline is that the dog gets an entire kiddie pool but still keeps his body wedged in the small bucket. It is sent as a reaction to someone stubbornly choosing the wrong or least practical option.
