What it means

EN: A person in red clothing rhythmically rubs a plastic bag against a metal kitchen grater in front of a microphone, turning the scraping and tapping into something like a musical performance. “Phonk with a Twist” by Ben and Tay Tay plays in the background, and the serious presentation of ordinary household noise over energetic phonk makes the clip an absurd reaction for moments when you want to pretend to be a DJ or make music out of anything.
