Billions Must Die Halloween Costume

Text on the meme

I am ready for halloween Billions must DIE

What it means

A teenage boy takes a bathroom mirror selfie wearing a homemade white T-shirt with the message “Billions must DIE.” The joke is that he presents this crude, ominous shirt as a Halloween costume, parodying an intense villain or horror-themed outfit. It is sent as an absurd reaction to someone claiming they are prepared for Halloween.
