A four-panel image shows the Russian, Ukrainian, Israeli, and Palestinian flags, followed by a mock list of political positions. The punchline is that the speaker claims neutrality on every conflict while openly supporting the military-industrial complex and its weapons manufacturers. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to performative geopolitical neutrality or selective anti-war rhetoric.
