Jesse's Very Serious Diagnosis

Text on the meme

Walt- Jesse, I’m dying of stage 3 lung cancer! Jesse:

What it means

A bearded man in a leopard-print Hello Kitty hoodie and oversized black pants struts, dances, turns around, and poses in a supermarket. The caption parodies Breaking Bad’s tragic cancer storyline by having “Jesse” respond to Walt’s diagnosis with carefree fashion-show energy. Miley Cyrus’s “Party In The U.S.A. (Willare Pluggnb Remix)” plays over the clip, making the absurdly upbeat reaction even funnier.
