Slavic Baroque Apartment
slavic baroque
An ordinary snow-covered Soviet-era apartment building has one brightly decorated orange section with ornate white flourishes, creating a bizarre “Slavic Baroque” architectural style. The joke comes from treating improvised post-Soviet building decoration as grand European baroque architecture, so it is shared as an absurd architecture reaction meme.
