Estonian Training Ground Target
Incredible things are happening in Estonian training grounds
A military training range shows a person in camouflage and a high-visibility vest aiming toward a wooden structure with a cartoon soldier target attached to it. The joke is that the bizarre, low-budget target makes the Estonian training exercise look absurd and unexpectedly entertaining, so the image is shared as a reaction to strange or incompetent situations.
