What it means

A person posts a photo of a SARS-CoV-2 antigen test with two visible lines and jokes that they took a pregnancy test for fun, it tested positive, and they are a man. The punchline is the deliberate confusion between a COVID test and a pregnancy test, using the positive result as an absurd reaction meme.
