SILENCE, PEDESTRIAN A DRUNK IS DRIVING
A masked, robed ceremonial figure raises one hand beneath the caption “SILENCE, PEDESTRIAN / A DRUNK IS DRIVING.” The absurd warning parodies an authoritative announcement and is used as a reaction to jokingly justify dangerous or chaotic behavior by claiming that a drunk person is driving.
