A filthy, cluttered computer desk is covered in a dark liquid, with a keyboard, mouse, monitor, cables, and debris scattered around. The joke is the extreme understatement: instead of admitting the desk is catastrophically messy, the caption casually says only that the drink was spilled, making it a funny reaction to an embarrassing disaster.
