National Geographic Photographers Eating Lunch

National Geographic photographers eating lunch after a long day of filming starving children in Africa

Po from Kung Fu Panda silently eats while staring at the camera, with the caption jokingly portraying National Geographic photographers having lunch after filming starving children in Africa. The darkly absurd punchline mocks the perceived hypocrisy of documenting suffering while comfortably eating. The audio includes a brief voice saying “Don't tell monkey” and a scraping/eating-like sound, which makes the guilty, secretive reaction funnier.
