Every Other Car Has a Life

Text on the meme

HORROR FACT Every other car on the highway is a person with a life, goals, and a destination, they're not just road NPCs

What it means

A crowded highway is covered with the caption “HORROR FACT,” revealing the unsettling thought that every other driver is a real person with their own life, goals, and destination—not merely a background NPC. It is sent as an existential, mildly absurd reaction to feeling detached from the countless strangers encountered in everyday life.
