My male friend is pregnant Advice We went to a pharmacy and bought a test as a joke. He used it and it said he was pregnant. Does that mean he’s actually pregnant? Or does that mean he’s girlfriend is pregnant? Should i expect to be a godmother in 9 months? edit: ok how do i tell him he has cancer
