Anime Fans Celebrate Heart Attack

Text on the meme

ANIME FANS CELEBRATING THEIR HEART ATTACK BECAUSE ITS A DEATH NOTE REFERENCE

What it means

A close-up of a wide-eyed man with glasses and his mouth open in exaggerated shock. The joke is that anime fans are celebrating a heart attack because it is being interpreted as a reference to Death Note, where characters can be killed by heart attacks. This is used as an absurd reaction meme about fans treating a grim event as an anime reference.
