Jeanne and Roy Floor Cats

Text on the meme

Jeanne from No More Heroes III Roy from My Floor

What it means

A striped cat from a video game is compared with a similarly striped cat lying in a cardboard box on the floor. The joke is the absurdly specific identification of an ordinary house cat as a video-game character, followed by an equally grand name for the real cat; it works as a reaction to funny pet comparisons.
