gf shopping Cosplayers in the psychiatry department of the hospital

What it means

A hospital psychiatry department waiting area is filled with people in elaborate cosplay outfits, while others sit or lie around casually. The joke compares the chaotic scene to a girlfriend’s shopping trip, presenting ordinary cosplay activity as if it were a psychiatric ward.
