What it means

A Roblox account deletion notice shows a fake driver’s license with Patrick Henry’s portrait and absurd dates from the 1700s. The joke is that Roblox rejects the ID because it is obviously falsified, making fun of someone trying to verify their account with a historical figure’s identification. It is used as a reaction to failed verification, ridiculous documentation, or being rejected for an absurd reason.
