Life in Plastic Is Fantastic
Life in plastic, its fantastic
A smiling woman lies wrapped in translucent plastic, as if packaged or trapped inside it. The caption references the Barbie song lyric “Life in plastic, it’s fantastic,” turning an unusual and uncomfortable situation into cheerful, ironic optimism. It is used as a reaction to jokingly celebrate being surrounded by plastic or embracing an absurd situation.
