That's My Lap

Text on the meme

IS THAT SEAT TAKEN? THAT’S MY LAP. I KNOW WHAT I SAND. THAT’S MY LAP. He later reported her to the police for attempted sexual harassment

What it means

An anime-style girl asks a seated man whether the seat is taken, and he replies that it is his lap. She knowingly sits on him, after which he reports her to the police for attempted sexual harassment. The joke comes from the absurd reversal: his suggestive invitation immediately backfires on him.
