Cat Discovers Its Reflection

Text on the meme

Bro found out he was a cat

What it means

A tabby cat sits in front of a mirror and stares intensely at its own reflection as the camera slowly moves closer. The joke is that the cat seems to realize for the first time that it is a cat, turning an ordinary mirror reaction into an absurd identity crisis. The melancholic piano instrumental “Mad World” by Piano Queen makes the moment feel dramatically profound and over-serious, which heightens the comedy.
