Lottery Tickets in Nipton
We gave out lottery tickets to everyone in Nipton
A costumed figure gestures excitedly in front of the burning, war-torn town of Nipton from Fallout: New Vegas. The caption refers to the lottery that led to Nipton’s massacre, making the cheerful presentation absurdly sinister and suitable as a reaction to disastrous consequences disguised as good news.
