Peter Griffin from Family Guy sits restrained in an execution chair while a guard and a clergyman stand beside him. The joke is that in a dystopian 2030, heterosexuality is supposedly punishable, while casually admitting to killing about 50 people is treated as irrelevant. It is used as an absurd reaction to imagined future social persecution and exaggerated moral priorities.
