Someone Here Wants to Say Hi
«Someone here wants to say hi»
A distressed man holds a phone to his ear, gradually lowering his head and covering his face as if overwhelmed by emotion. The caption says that someone wants to say hi, while the increasingly tragic reaction turns an ordinary greeting into an absurdly dramatic moment. Mitski’s melancholic indie-pop song “My Love Mine All Mine” plays underneath, making the joke feel even more emotionally devastating; the audio also includes a brief “WE END!” and possible cat-like meowing.
