Jay-Z’s Big Brother Security Guard

Text on the meme

JAYA SECURIT JAYA I Am Jay Z's big brother

What it means

A portrait of a security guard named Jaya is presented with the caption “I Am Jay Z's big brother.” The joke is a playful, obviously dubious claim of being related to rapper Jay-Z, making it suitable as an absurd reaction image when someone boasts an unlikely connection.
