NYC Housing Crisis Land Joke
why is there a housing crisis in NYC when theres all this land???????
An aerial view of Manhattan shows dense skyscrapers surrounding the large open space of Central Park. The joke sarcastically asks why New York has a housing crisis when so much “land” appears to be available, ignoring that Central Park is public parkland and not realistically available for housing.
