ON AIR It is crazy what unemployed people with mental health problems can create.
Two cartoon squirrels sit in a radio studio beside microphones and a bowl of snacks while broadcasting. The joke is a darkly absurd comment suggesting that unemployed people with mental health problems can produce unexpectedly chaotic or bizarre creations, fitting as a reaction to strange content.
