Birthday Balloons Boy Band

Text on the meme

Awesome They all showed up for my birthday like a boy band or something its crazy can't believe they all came

What it means

A group of colorful balloons has simple caricature faces drawn on them, arranged together like a celebrity boy band. The joke is that the balloons look like famous people showing up for a birthday, even though they are just ordinary party decorations.
