Why Cat Racing Failed
why cat racing never took off
Several cats sit in individual cardboard racing stalls, each marked with a number from 2 to 7. The joke is that cat racing never became popular because the cats are sitting still instead of racing, making the image a humorous reaction to laziness or failure to perform.
