LEGO People Are Made of Flesh

Text on the meme

I meet someone we talk I explain that LEGO people live in houses made of their own flesh they leave

What it means

A facepalm figure is caught in a repeating cycle: meeting someone, talking to them, explaining that LEGO people live in houses made of their own flesh, and watching them leave. The joke is the bizarre, disturbing logic of LEGO anatomy and the immediate social rejection it causes, making this useful as a reaction to an oddly unsettling overshare.
