What it means

A man and a woman stand outside while images of women’s and men’s underwear are added between them. The joke is a literal, absurd contrast between “she was a girl” and “he was a boy,” using underwear as visual proof. It is sent as a reaction to obvious gender distinctions or deliberately simplistic explanations.
