Deputy Wallace Head-Shaving Bet
Deputy Dennis Wallace bet local students that if they could raise 30,000 in cookie dough fundraising sales he would shave his head. He was murdered on November 13th, shot in the head twice.
Deputy Dennis Wallace smiles while children touch his shaved head at a playground. The joke is a dark bait-and-switch: the caption initially describes a charity bet, then turns the head-shaving story into a claim that he was murdered by being shot twice in the head. It is used as an absurd dark-humor reaction meme.
