Cat Stealing Copper Wire
I’m COMING OVER U Better NOT Be STEALING COPPER WIRE Me
A cartoon woman threatens someone not to steal copper wire, while the lower panel shows a cat proudly holding a spool of copper wire in its mouth. The joke is that the cat is obviously the copper-wire thief being warned about, making the threat self-incriminating and absurd.
