First Day at the Mental Hospital

Text on the meme

My first day at mental hospital Female patients around me

What it means

A video meme shows Patrick Bateman from American Psycho reacting with growing fascination while a woman peeks from a doorway in the adjacent panel. The joke treats the female patients as unexpectedly attractive, making Bateman’s intense, increasingly flirtatious reactions absurdly inappropriate; Mr.Kitty’s dark synthwave track “After Dark” adds a seductive, ominous mood that heightens the punchline.
