Thomas the TIE Fighter
My friend Adam, a prop maker and incredible artisan has been working on something. Say hello to Thomas the TIE Fighter.
A handmade black-and-gray TIE fighter model sits on a cutting mat in a workshop. Its front resembles a goofy smiling face, making the elaborate prop look unexpectedly cute and silly. The joke is a playful introduction to a bizarrely named Star Wars spacecraft, shared as a humorous reaction to impressive but absurd craftsmanship.
