Secret Symbols in Public

Text on the meme

They flaunt their secret symbols in public to let the plebs know that they rule over us and we can't do anything about it

What it means

A four-panel collage shows several men wearing red, blue, and white striped shirts, with a mascot, a PayPal sign, and conspicuous accessories. The joke is a conspiracy-themed claim that powerful people openly display secret symbols to signal their control over ordinary people, while everyone else is powerless to stop them.
