overwatch servers are down

A 59.8-second montage of cartoon children enjoying carefree outdoor activities—playing, riding, running, and painting—plays under the caption “overwatch servers are down.” Beethoven’s serene, pastoral orchestral music, Symphony No. 6, Op. 68 “Pastorale”: Andante ma non troppo (Awakening of Cheerful Feelings Arriving at the Country), by Eduard Lindenburg & Wiener Volksoper Orchester, makes the joke work by treating a game server outage as a blissful return to wholesome offline childhood, with occasional dog-like sounds adding to the rural atmosphere.
