Me at My Wedding vs Liverpool’s Downfall

Text on the meme

Me at my wedding Me at Liverpool’s downfall

What it means

A split-image meme shows a man casually dressed in a gray sweatshirt and plaid pajama pants at his wedding, contrasted with him dressed sharply in a black suit while celebrating Liverpool’s downfall. The joke is that he puts far more effort into celebrating Liverpool losing than into his own wedding, making it a reaction to a football rival’s failure.
