When You Can Only Draw Eyes

Text on the meme

When you can’t draw anything but eyes...

What it means

A simple round character with tiny limbs, a topknot, earrings, and an expertly drawn pair of eyes. The joke is that the artist can draw realistic eyes but cannot complete the rest of the figure, making the contrast absurd and relatable for people who struggle with drawing.
