Welcome, Take a Seat Wherever

Text on the meme

Welcome >_ < Take a seat wherever

What it means

A shabby bedroom contains anime characters from Neon Genesis Evangelion, a crouching person, and a large Mao Zedong poster. The welcoming caption humorously contrasts the chaotic, uncomfortable room with an overly casual invitation to sit anywhere, making it a reaction meme for awkward or unwelcoming situations.
