How am i supposed to pay off my student debt? sell meth

What it means

A tall student carrying a shoulder bag throws up his hands and asks how he is supposed to pay off his student debt. Another person mowing a lawn casually suggests “sell meth,” making the joke absurdly escalate an ordinary financial problem into a criminal solution.
