I'm Not Misogynist

Text on the meme

I’m not misogynist. My mom is a girl

What it means

Patrick Bateman sits in an office chair with his fingers steepled, wearing a striped shirt, tie, and suspenders. The joke is that he tries to deny being misogynistic with the absurd justification that his mother is a girl, making this useful as a sarcastic reaction to obviously sexist logic.
