A Toothpick Changes Everything

Text on the meme

a toothpick changes everything

What it means

A hand-drawn, stern-looking face appears in two nearly identical panels, with a toothpick added to its mouth in the second panel. The joke is that this tiny detail instantly changes the character’s attitude and makes him look more confident or intimidating, so the meme is used for humorous transformations and minor upgrades.
