Rhythm Game Nose Itch

rhythm game player when their nose is suddenly itchy

A rhythm game player is shown trying to keep playing while their nose suddenly becomes itchy, illustrated through frantic hand-drawn figures and exaggerated movements. The joke is that scratching would interrupt the precise timing required by the game, so the player suffers dramatically instead. It is sent as a reaction to an irritating distraction during a task that requires concentration.
