Text on the meme

Please dont scan random qr codes or click random links i thought this was virus Totally not a virus.Trust me...im a dolphin

What it means

A split-panel meme shows a frightening red demon warning people not to scan random QR codes or click unknown links, while a bespectacled man points to a suspicious dolphin icon claiming it is not a virus. The joke mocks trusting obviously unsafe files or links simply because they make a ridiculous claim, such as being from a dolphin.
